on the Register of Marketing Association of Uzbekistan agencies providing marketing services

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Register of Marketing Association of Uzbekistan agencies providing marketing services (hereinafter referred to as the Register) is an open and publicly available information resource on the Internet containing a list of agencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing marketing services, compiled in accordance with these Regulations.

1.2. The Register is formed and maintained for the purpose of:

- providing individuals and legal entities with up-to-date information about agencies in the Register areas;

- increasing the openness and efficiency of agencies;

- helping potential customers find contractors.

1.3. The Register includes the following types of marketing services:

1. Full cycle agency.Full cycle agencies provide comprehensive marketing services from developing a marketing strategy and implementing it to assessing the effectiveness of an advertising campaign. For example, services for developing the main idea and concept of an advertising campaign, producing advertising products, planning expenses, forecasting profits and assessing the effectiveness of advertising events.

2. Consulting. Agencies providing services in the field of marketing consulting are engaged in providing a range of services aimed at solving specific marketing tasks of a business. This may include: creating an effective development strategy, general planning, developing a step-by-step plan for introducing a new product or service to the market, risk analysis.

3. Digital. Digital agencies are experts in online promotion, provide a full range of Internet marketing services and offer solutions to the customer's business problems in the online environment as a whole. Development of a comprehensive strategy for advertising a company on the Internet, creation, integration, promotion and support of websites, formation and communication with communities in social networks and other activities in the Internet space. Agencies help to promote a website, attract users from social networks or simply place an advertisement on the network. As a rule, they provide such services as SEO, SMM, website development, its redesign, contextual advertising, banner and media advertising campaigns.

4. SMM. SMM agencies are engaged in brand promotion in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), using special targeting, retargeting and analytics tools, solve various client problems: increasing traffic, attracting new customers, increasing sales. SMM agencies create unique content both for the ongoing management of brand accounts in social networks and for special activities.

5. Strategy. Strategic marketing agencies - based on a company audit, market research, target audience, provide consulting and project services for the development of a general marketing strategy for business development at all stages: from product development to the implementation of marketing plans.

6. Performance marketing.When providing promotion services, performance marketing agencies use Internet marketing tools, the results of which can be measured by analyzing the data obtained. The main services of such agencies are provided in the digital field: contextual advertising, targeted advertising, retargeting, remarketing, media advertising, SMM, affiliate programs (CPA), web analytics, advertising audit in social networks.

7. PR.PR agencies deal with everything related to the reputation and image of the brand in the eyes of consumers, as well as public relations. First of all, an analysis of the current situation is carried out and a communication strategy is developed. After that, contacts are established with the press and opinion leaders and unique PR projects and activities are developed that are designed to form a certain opinion about the brand among the target audience, increase recognition and loyalty.

8. Creative. Creative agencies deal with everything related to creativity.
They specialize in the creative creation of advertising products - development of initial creative assignments, advertising ideas and concepts, their justification and implementation for various advertising communication channels. For example, they can help with the development of unusual advertising ideas for outdoor and print advertising, TV and YouTube, come up with concepts and scenarios for promotion in classic and digital media, and create detailed technical specifications for the film crew.

9. Branding. Agencies specializing in the development of brand identity, providing comprehensive solutions for creating a company strategy, which includes the development of positioning (based on a comprehensive market study and brand analytics), naming, a visual identification system, as well as a communication strategy and promotion strategy.

10. SEO. SEO agencies are engaged in the optimization and promotion of websites on the Internet to bring them to the top positions in the search engine results of Google and Yandex for selected queries. For the client, this means an increase in website traffic from potential customers, awareness of products or services, and the ability to build a sales funnel based on the incoming traffic received.

11. Marketing Research Agency. Marketing research agencies specialize in data collection and analytics. Agencies that develop websites, starting with the stage of collecting and analyzing information, ending with development, filling with content and full implementation and adaptation of the site in search engines. Often, such agencies provide technical support and website maintenance services after the launch of the site.

15. Influence. Influencer marketing agencies are engaged in shaping people's opinions about the customer's products with the help of other people. For example, they implement various activities with invited celebrities: from local experts and famous personalities to bloggers, they search for influencers who will tell their subscribers about the client and his products and services, organize integrations with bloggers, select brand ambassadors.

16. Event. Event agencies are engaged in solving the client's business problems, using special tools for organizing various types of business events.
These can be corporate holidays, team buildings, business events (conferences, seminars, business tourism, business games), marketing events (presentations, openings, business breakfasts, holidays)

17. Advertising production company. A full-cycle advertising and production company is an agency that provides a wide range of services from the development and production of advertising products to installation and service.

18. Оutdoor-advertising. Agencies that specialize in the development and placement of outdoor advertising. Outdoor advertising is advertising that is placed on special temporary or stationary structures located in open areas, as well as on buildings, various structures and elements of outdoor equipment.

19. Indoor. Indoor advertising (interior advertising, Indoor Advertising) Agencies that specialize in the development and placement of advertising inside public spaces. Typically, this is advertising at points of sale (retail outlets), airports and train stations, movie theaters, business centers, entrances, elevators, entertainment venues, universities, hospitals, etc.

20. Transport. Agencies engaged in advertising placement on urban public and commercial transport (buses, metro, fixed-route taxis), including branding services for corporate transport.

21. Souvenir products, gifts. Agencies offering advertising souvenirs and business gifts, including services for applying the customer's logo to the product or packaging.

2. Procedure for forming the Register

2.1. The Marketing Association of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the Association) forms the Register and its areas based on the list of partners of the Association, as well as on the recommendations and proposals of the members of the Marketing Services Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Committee).

2.2. Information about agencies included in the Register must be complete and reliable. And the activities of agencies included in the Register must be carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2.3. In the event that any negative information is received by the Association regarding a participant or participants of the Register, its accuracy is verified by the members of the Committee and, if the facts are confirmed, the participant may first be warned, and in the event of a repeated incident, excluded from the Register.

2.4. When the Register is initially formed, the number of directions is 21, with the possibility of increasing them based on information provided by at least three agencies on the allocation of their direction in the Register.

2.5. Participation of agencies in the formation of the Register is free of charge. When supplementing the Register, a paid procedure for participation is possible, by decision of the Committee.


3. Procedure for supplementing the Register

3.1. The Register is supplemented by agencies that have submitted an application for inclusion in the Register.

3.2. To do this, you must fill out an electronic application on the Register page.

3.3. The application must specify:

Brand

About the agency

Types of services

Contact number

Website

Full name of the Director

Logo

3.4. In the “About the agency” section, you must indicate the history of the agency, main clients or successful projects and links to all agency resources. This information will be of decisive importance when considering the application. In the “Types of services” section, you can select no more than five main services of the agency.

3.5. After receiving the application, the Committee considers the candidate for participation in the Register at the next online meeting and makes a decision.
Information about the Committee's decision is transmitted to the candidate within 3 working days from the date of the decision. In case of refusal, the Committee is obliged to motivate its decision.

3.6. If the Committee makes a positive decision, the candidate becomes a member of the Register and its logo is displayed in the Register in all selected areas (but no more than five)

3.7. Participation in the Register is perpetual. A member may be removed from the Register by decision of the Committee in accordance with paragraph 2.3, as well as in the event of liquidation of a legal entity.

4. Rights and obligations of Register members

4.1. A Register member has the right to:

4.1.1. Inform its employees, clients and interested parties about its participation in the Register;

4.1.2. Post information about participation in the Register on its information resources, advertising platforms, refer to the Register during oral and written communications;

4.1.3. Submit proposals for formal and substantive improvement of the Register and these Regulations, for promoting the Register on the market;

4.2. The Register Participant is obliged to:

4.2.1. Inform the association in case of changes in the legal entity, address, full name of the director, areas of activity, website and contact number.

4.2.2. Provide reliable information about the agency.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. In the event of disagreement between the candidate, the Register Participant and the Committee, the dispute shall be considered by the Board of the association.

5.2. The agency is responsible for the information provided to the Register.
